A little bit about me...

My name is Laura Kastler, and I am currently a student at Alma College. Although I see myself as a student, I feel as though I can identify myself with a number of other things. I am an athlete and reigning national champion. I am a member of the Alma College Cheer and STUNT Team. I am a member of many clubs and organizations; I am a friend and a daughter.

     These various parts of my identity trigger a passion within me and drive me in my work. I find it extremely important to truly love what you do. I am lucky to have found a field within New Media and Communication that sparked my interests and desires. Whether its photography, video work, social media management, sports media, (the list goes on and on...), I feel as though I can grow in my work and my passions.

This is a field that is constantly advancing and changing, and I look forward to where my path will lead me in the future.
